Becoming a CPP volunteer is easy and comes at no cost to you. You will receive the short online training and enjoy monthly volunteer meetings with your mentor. Learn more

Who do they serve?

Cancer Prayer Partners serve those in treatment, post treatment, caregivers, and their loved ones. They connect to those they serve through our completed Christian Cancer Toolbox questionnaires or a referral from their home church.

 

In addition to Cancer Prayer Partners, are there ways for my church to become involved?

Yes, Cancer Companions provides training and materials for church-based volunteer teams to have a thriving cancer ministry. Bible studies, support groups and community outreach are all vital part of the program. Learn more

What do the weekly contacts look like?

They start off by checking in to see how things are going. If time, a devotional is discussed and they end with prayer requests.
